Terms of Service

We provide customizable public profile (“biolink”) pages hosted at selflx.cc. Accounts are created primarily through Discord login. Discord may share with us identifiers and profile metadata according to scopes you authorize. Discord is a third party; misuse of Discord’s platform may affect your ability to sign in.

You must be old enough under your jurisdiction to enter a binding agreement and comply with Discord’s minimum age requirement (typically 13+). You agree to comply with Discord’s Terms and Community Guidelines.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep integrations (Discord, optional linked services) within their permitted use. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not use selflx.cc to break the law, harass others, distribute malware, phish, impersonate others in a harmful way, publish non-consensual intimate media, or promote illegal services. Public pages must not display adult content without clear age gating where we provide it. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with authorities when required.

You retain rights to materials you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, transmit, and adapt such content strictly to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service (including moderation and backups). Others may screenshot or archive public pages—we are not obliged to suppress third-party copies.

Premium and other paid upgrades are offered as described at checkout or on our Pricing page. Premium is sold as a one-time purchase for lifetime access unless we state otherwise. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or our published refund window. Features may evolve. Misuse leading to termination may revoke access without refund.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create risk, or when required by law. Some provisions survive termination (e.g. limits of liability, licenses for ongoing legal duties).

The service is provided “as is”. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose except where unlawful to exclude.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, selflx.cc and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use or inability to use the service. Aggregate liability arising from ordinary use shall not exceed the greater of fifty euros (EUR 50) or fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on selflx.cc and update the date above. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Legal or abuse reports: reach us via the Discord support channel referenced on selflx.cc (or the contact route we publish). Appeals for moderation decisions may be requested through that channel.
